Cancellation before Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, then you can cancel your order from "My Orders" tab of if you need any help then call us on +91 9811004966 (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and for PrePaid orders the money will be refunded to your wallet within 24 - 48 Business Hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not been delivered yet, please get in touch with us on info@salowin.com or call us on +91 9811004966 (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company at our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/ condition, we will refund your money in your wallet within 24 - 48 Business Hours (applicable for PrePaid Orders).
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund within 24 - 48 Business Hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we will process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For PrePaid orders the amount will be credited in your wallet within 24 - 48 Business Hours. In case if you wish to have the same transferred back to the source account then kindly place your request on info@salowin.com or call us on +91 9811004966 (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM) & the same shall be processed as per your request.
What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy
How do I return an item purchased on SaloWin?
You can raise a Return/ Exchange request of a product within 3 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. Follow the process below for placing such a request.
- Step 1: Open your Orders History by clicking on Orders.
- Step 2: Click on the order for which you would like to place a Return/ Exchange request. Kindly note that the "Return" button will be visible for only 3 days after the order has been delivered.
- Step 3: Locate the item for which you would like to place the Return/ Exchange Request. Click on the "Return" button under that item.
- Step 4: Enter the reason for returning the product & save.
- Step 5: One of our support executives will connect with you within 24 - 48 Business Hours to understand what went wrong.
- Note: For an item to be eligible for return/ replacement it must be in its original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Please Note: Refund amount will be added in your wallet once we receive the product in our warehouse and the same is passed for quality checks. This process generally takes 24 - 48 Business Hours post receiving the product.
Which are the items eligible be returned & exchanged?
Returns are accepted only in the following conditions:
- Delivery of product/s in damaged condition (applicable in case request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)
- Delivery of a defective or malfunctioning product/s (applicable in case request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)
- Delivery of a product which is different to what was displayed on the digital platform (applicable in case request is initiated within 3 business days of order delivery)
Which are the items that cannot be returned & exchanged?
Consecutively, Returns are not accepted in the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
- Consumables
- Products should not be used, washed or dirty, The product must also be in its original box/packaging with all tags attached, to be eligible for returns.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/ Manufacturer’s warranty
Please note: In case of manufacturing defects, we might connect you directly to the brand for exchanges & replacements since manufacturing defects are out of our control. In such cases, refund/ replacements will be given by the brands directly.
I have received a damaged or defective item/ wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation.
If you have received an item in a damaged/ defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/ replacement within 3 days of receiving the order:

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/ replacement/ refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Personal Care Appliances Warranty details:
- For warranty claims you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of purchase details.
- This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the product.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
- Replacement products will be covered by a limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.
Personal Care Appliances Warranty is void if:
- If the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water.
- If any part of the unit has been opened or repaired or altered or tampered with.
- The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accident.
